PC Mortgage offers numerous mortgage programs to meet the financial goals of our clients. We have traditional 15 and 30 year mortgage programs at the best rates. However, the traditional loan programs may not be the best program given the client's investment horizon. A 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, 1 year, 2 year, 3 year, 5 year, 7 year or 10 year Year Fixed or Adustable Rate Mortgage may offer a better value. In addition, these programs can be Interest Only for the desired term.

A very popular program that many of our client's utilize is the Option Mortgage Program or as it is commonly refered to as the "Pick-A-Plan" program, where client's are able to choose 4 payment options every month- 1. Minimum Payment, 2. Interest Only, 3. 30-Year Mortgage Plan or 4. 15-Year Mortgage Plan. We can even extend the program to a 40-Year Mortgage Plan if desired. The starting interest rate typically starts at 1.00%.
